Inclusive, trusted, courageous, collaborative. These four values reflect who we are as an organisation, as well as how we treat each other.
Our values exist to guide everything we do. Every decision, how we behave, and how well we perform. We want everyone who works here to have ownership of these qualities and help bring them to life. That’s how we’re building a culture where we all benefit. And it’s how we make Parliament happen as a team.
