David Lloyd George

17 January 2013 marks the 150th anniversary of the birth of the statesman David Lloyd George.

Lloyd George became a Liberal MP on 13 April 1890 following a by-election for the Caernarfon Boroughs constituency.  He represented the town for the next 55 years.
