List of passholders for wedding of Princess Elizabeth

Princess Elizabeth and Lt Philip Mountbatten married at Westminster Abbey on 20 November 1947.  Two thousand people attended the wedding including some Members of both Houses and Parliamentary staff such as the Clerk of the Parliaments.  For those not fortunate enough to be invited to the Abbey, a limited number of passes were available to watch the procession. Passes were available either for the rooms on the west side of the Palace or the pavement outside. This list gives the names of staff who were allocated passes for the pavement outside New Palace Yard.
