Workplace Equality Networks

The House of Lords, House of Commons and Parliamentary Digital Service have established Workplace Equality Networks (WENs).

WENs provide a valuable perspective on inclusion and diversity topics, as well as a safe space for ideas to be discussed and issues to be raised. They also host events, networking opportunities and awareness raising activities. WENs are volunteer led groups, all of which are open to all parliamentary pass holders to join.

"Our vision is a workplace that is accessible, inclusive and innovative, enabling Parliament to support democracy by being representative, fair and relevant."

WENs are open to all pass holders in the Commons, Lords, Parliamentary Digital Service, contractors employed by Parliament, MPs, Lords and their staff. Membership is not restricted to people who share a protected characteristic relating to these WENs but those involved are required to respect the aims of the Networks.
