To support Parliament and its people in achieving gender equality by identifying and challenging inequality and discrimination and seeking to improve and promote gender equality at every level and in every part of Parliament.

Our strategy to deliver this aim is centred around supporting and empowering individuals, and influencing strategy and culture, whilst continuing to build our membership and develop our outreach activities.

Membership

Membership is open to anyone working in Parliament: MPs, Peers, those working for MPs or Peers, and staff of both Houses and the Digital Service.
