Draft Bills before Parliament
The Government publishes a number of Draft Bills during each parliamentary session.
A Draft Bill is published to enable consultation and pre-legislative scrutiny. After consultation and pre-legislative scrutiny has taken place, the Draft Bill may be introduced formally in the House of Commons or the House of Lords.
Most Draft Bills are examined either by select committees in the House of Commons or in the House of Lords, or by a joint committee of both Houses of Parliament.

Draft Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Bill
On 2 May 2023, the Government published the following:

The House of Commons Home Affairs Committee announced its pre legislative scrutiny of the draft Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Bill on 25 May 2023.
The Home Affairs Committee published its final Report on 27 July 2023.
Draft Mental Health Reform Bill
On 27 June 2022, the Government published the following:

Draft Media Bill

The House of Commons (Digital,) Culture, Media and Sport Committee is currently undertaking pre-legislative scrutiny of the Draft Media Bill.
The Culture, Media and Sport Committee published its final report on 22 September 2023.
