When I was a little girl, I sang for the Queen on her visit to Ghana. I remember wearing my black shoes and white socks and standing on the road outside my school.

To me, the Commonwealth is a big family of countries which brings us all together.

I have worked in the restaurants for 20 years and I love the atmosphere and history. The catering team is like one big family.
