My parents were born in Barbados and I have been working in Parliament since 1994.

Being so close to the seat of power makes it a really interesting place to work. People are so nice to me.

I normally work in the restaurants, so I see a lot of different characters and hear a lot of different stories. It is great to be so close to where decisions are made.
