"I have played netball since I have been in primary school. Netball has assisted in my psychological well-being particularly during the pandemic as it has helped in enabling me to make new friends. It has allowed me to have a new hobby. I have become more involved in sports since the pandemic playing netball twice a week with students from SOAS after work allowing me to maintain a balance between my work and social life."
