"During the pandemic, playing tennis at my local club became a really important exercise, and it also gave my wife a little break from me! This year I turned 55 years of age. I was shocked to learn that this qualified me to enter the 'veterans' tournaments! After teasing from my friends, we now refer to these as the 'Legends events'! This year, Buckhurst Hill LTC marked its centenary. This was observed with tournaments, raffles, and a lunch fundraiser to raise money for local charities. Now the summer is with us, give tennis a go!"
