"I’m a keen cyclist and runner. Cycling is a way for me to get to work and see more of North-East London, from Ware and Broxbourne to Woolwich. Five years ago I thought I’d never run again following knee problems, but after doing PE with Joe (Wicks) with my kids in 2020 I built up to run the Brighton marathon in 2021 and 2022, raising money for Mind. This autumn I’m going back to my roots and running the New Forest marathon, starting just over the road from Brockenhurst Further Education College, where I did my A levels."
