"I volunteer as a facilitator with Taraki, an organisation which works with Punjabi communities to reshape approaches to mental health through a number of different projects. I work with a small team to develop and facilitate the Punjabi Women’s Forum. This is a monthly group where Punjabi women express themselves in a safe, secure, and non-judgemental environment within a small group."
