"I volunteer as a greeter/guide and tea tent helper at a Tudor House, Gwydir, in the constituency. I tell people about the journey that has been undertaken by the owners of Gwydir to turn a ruined house into the atmospheric quiet place where its history can be told and passed on. I try to make the house come "alive" with stories which sometimes can turn into a worldwide adventure - visitors hear about furniture that left Gwydir in the 1920's in a large auction and the ways in which the furniture is being restored to Gwydir."
