"I volunteer as a women's rugby coach. After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome I was in too much pain and too tired to continue playing rugby myself, so as part of the Women' Rugby World Cup 2025 legacy I was sponsored to undertake my coaching qualification so I could still be involved in the sport I love. I currently assist in coaching Girls U16 and Girls U18 looking after the fitness side of training and I assist with the ladies' team and run the preseason fitness plan."
