"Strathclyde Review" - Lords Committee to hear from Lord Lisvane and Professor Meg Russell
The Lords Secondary Legislation Scrutiny Committee (SLSC) is conducting an inquiry into Lord Strathclyde's review and its implications for the effective scrutiny of secondary legislation.
On Tuesday 9 February the Committee will take oral evidence from:
- 4:00pm Lord Lisvane, KCB, DL, who was Clerk of the House of Commons from 2011 to 2014, and;
- 4:45pm Professor Meg Russell, Director of the Constitution Unit, UCL.
The evidence sessions will be held in Committee Room 3 of the House of Lords.
