Lords PNQ: Helping Afghan interpreters secure work with NATO forces
The Lord Speaker has allowed Baroness Coussins to ask the Government a Private Notice Question straight after oral questions today (which should end at about 3pm).
The question is tabled as follows:
Baroness Coussins to ask Her Majesty's Government whether they will modify and expedite the necessary security clearance for Afghan interpreters formerly employed by UK armed forces in Afghanistan and relocated to the UK who have been prevented from securing professional work with NATO forces.
Earl Howe will respond on behalf of the Government.
