Lords PNQ: Customs posts in Northern Ireland

The Lord Speaker has allowed Lord Empey to ask the Government a Private Notice Question after oral questions today (Monday 18 May at about 3.30 p.m.).

The Lord Speaker has allowed Lord Empey to ask HMG if an agreement has been made to establish customs posts at ports and airports in Northern Ireland from 1 January 2021 and how is this compatible with repeated assurances from Ministers that goods moving from Northern Ireland would have free and unfettered access to UK markets.

Viscount Younger of Leckie will respond on behalf of the Government.

The PNQ will be a Virtual Proceeding and can be watched live on Parliament.TV.
