Lords Private Notice Question: Reform of House of Lords based on exclusion of those aged over 65


The Lord Speaker has allowed Lord Forsyth of Drumlean to ask the Government a Private Notice Question (PNQ) after oral questions today (at 2.00 p.m.).

Lord Forsyth of Drumlean to ask the government, in the light of recent press reports, whether they are considering proposals for reform of the House of Lords based on the exclusion of those over the age of 65.
 
Lord True will respond on behalf of the Government.
 
The PNQ will be a virtual proceeding and can be watched live on Parliament TV.
