Peers probe how technology has changed the ways people express themselves online

How have technological developments changed the ways people can express themselves online, and how can standards of digital citizenship and etiquette be improved as technologies change?
These are among the likely questions when the House of Lords Communications and Digital Committee continues to hear evidence on freedom of expression online tomorrow (Tuesday 1 December at 4.30 p.m.).
The committee will hear from:
