Wikipedia co-founder to debate freedom of expression online with peers

Wikipedia co-founder Jimmy Wales will answer questions from the House of Lords Communications and Digital Committee tomorrow (Tuesday 9 February from 3.00 p.m.) as peers continue their inquiry into freedom of expression online.
