Lords to hear evidence on challenges facing the family justice system

On Monday 25 April the House of Lords Select Committee on the Children and Families Act 2014 will continue its inquiry examining whether the Children and Families Act 2014 is fit for purpose.

The public evidence session will take place at 3.15pm (GMT) on Monday 25 April 2022 in Committee Room 3 and can be viewed live on Parliament TV. 

The Committee will explore issues around both public and private family law with experts in the field, including both researchers and lawyers.
