What should the BBC provide?

At 2.30pm on Tuesday 15 March 2022 the Communications and Digital Committee will hear evidence on how well the BBC serves different sectors of UK society, and whether it strikes the right balance between providing universal content and catering for different needs.

The Committee will also question whether and how the BBC should act as a ‘national glue’. This session forms part of the inquiry into how the BBC should be funded.

This evidence session will be streamed live on Parliament TV.
