Revised sitting times on Saturday for the House of Commons and House of Lords
Friday 9 September
The House of Commons and House of Lords will now sit at 1pm on Saturday 10 September 2022.
In each House at the start of business a small number of senior Members will take the oath to His Majesty The King. Tributes to Her late Majesty will then continue.
The last business for each House will be to consider and agree a formal address of condolence to His Majesty The King, expressing deep sympathy on the death of Her late Majesty The Queen. The Houses are expected to sit until approximately 10pm.
Both Houses are not expected to sit on Sunday 11 September 2022.
