In Wednesday’s session with Ministers the Committee will explore how the Bill’s measures will ensure the overarching vision is met; how the Government will ensure affected firms engage constructively with the new regulation; the role of Judicial Review in the regime; and how the Bill will prevent firms from using entrenched power in one market to dominate another.

The sessions can be watched live and on demand at Parlament TV.
