Friday 10 May 2024
The House of Lords Preterm Birth Committee continues its inquiry by hearing from integrated care boards (ICBs).

Possible questions include:
- What plans do you have in place to reduce the rate of preterm birth in your region, including through public health initiatives?
- What is the role of ICBs in tackling the socio-economic and ethnic disparities seen in relation to preterm birth rates and outcomes?
- How does your ICB optimise care for mothers at risk of preterm birth and their babies, and ensure the consistent delivery of national guidance relating to preterm birth?
