Lords EU Committee to visit Belfast, Dublin and Derry/Londonderry as part of inquiry into Brexit and UK/Irish relations

The Committee will hear evidence from a range of politicians, business, civil society and academic experts to better understand the impact of Brexit on both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland and to get an up to date view on the issues following the completion of stage one of the UK/EU Brexit negotiations.

The Committee will take evidence over three days from a range of witnesses. The full details of the public evidence sessions are:

Later in the day, the Committee will visit the border region between Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, visiting local businesses and service providers to hear first-hand the potential impact of any changes to the current border arrangements.
