Urgent Question: Immigration status of Windrush generation children

David Lammy, MP for Tottenham, asked an Urgent Question in the House of Commons on the immigration status of Windrush generation children.
The Secretary of State for the Home Department, Amber Rudd, responded on behalf of the Government and stated that the Government recognised the concerns of some people in the Windrush generation and announced that a new dedicated team will be set up to help those people to evidence their right to be here and to access the necessary services.
