Both Report stage and Third Reading took place on Tuesday 1 May 2018. A number of amendments were made to the Bill at Report Stage and the Bill passed Third Reading. The Bill now returns to the Lords.

The Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Bill 2017-19
Summary of the Bill
The Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Bill aims to:
- enable the UK to continue to implement United Nations (UN) sanctions regimes and to use sanctions to meet national security and foreign policy objectives.
- enable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing measures to be kept up to date, continuing to align the UK with international standards.

Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson opened the debate. Helen Goodman, Shadow Minister for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, responded on behalf of the Opposition.
The Bill passed Second Reading without a division and will now be considered by a Public Bill Committee.
