Statement: Rail update

Chris Grayling, Secretary of State for the Department of Transport, made a statement in the House of Commons providing a rail update.
The statement was responded to by Shadow Secretary of State for Transport, Andy Mcdonald. He pressed the Government on 'the bail-out culture at the Department for Transport'.
