Philip Hollobone MP, asked an Urgent Question on Northamptonshire County Council, in the House of Commons.
The question was responded to by the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, Rishi Sunak, who reassured MPs that the council is taking its responsibility seriously.
