Lords debates delivery of NHS services over the winter

Members of the Lords, including the shadow spokesperson for health and social care and a former minister of state in the Department of Health, debated the impact on front line social care of NHS plans and delivery of services over the winter period, in the House of Lords on Thursday 25 January.
