Report Stage and the Third Reading of the Space Industry Bill took place on Tuesday 6 February in the House of Commons.
The Commons voted against two amendments to the Bill, which then passed Third Reading without a division.

The Space Industry Bill provides for the creation of a regulatory framework to enable commercial spaceflight activities (both launch to orbit and sub‐orbit spaceflight) to be carried out from spaceports in the United Kingdom.

Minister of State for the Department of Transport, Joseph Johnson, opened the debate. He was responded to by the Shadow Secretary of State for Transport, Andy McDonald.
The Bill passed its Second Reading without a division in the House of Commons.
