Statement on transparency of the Parole Board and victim support

The newly-appointed Justice Secretary, David Gauke, made a statement in the House of Commons on transparency of the Parole Board and victim support.
Shadow Justice Secretary Richard Burgon responded to the statement, telling the House, "we do not need to debate whether there is a case for greater transparency".
