Urgent Question on Government policy on leaving the European Union

Sir William Cash, Chair of the European Scrutiny Committee, asked an Urgent Question in the House of Commons on Monday 29 January on the Government's policy on leaving the European Union.

In response, Brexit Minister Robin Walker told the House that the Government is "seeking a strictly time-limited implementation period to allow a smooth and orderly exit from the European Union".
