Urgent Question on Government plans to stop private pension abuse

Shadow Work and Pensions Secretary Debbie Abrahams pressed her opposite number, Esther McVey, on Government plans to stop private pension abuse, in the House of Commons on Monday 22 January.

In response, the new Work and Pensions Secretary told the House that the Government would introduce "new regulation to ensure that the [pensions] regulator gets the information it requires to conduct investigations and casework effectively and efficiently".
