Urgent Question on the process and timetable for PIP back payment

Marsha De Corova, Shadow Minister for Disabled People, asked an Urgent Question on the process and timetable for Personal Independence Payment back payments, in the House of Commons on Tuesday 30 January.   

Sarah Newton, Minister for Disabled People, Health and Work, told the House that the Government "we will be carrying out an administrative exercise to identify claimants who may now be eligible for more support from PIP".
