Lords debates Brexit negotiations

Members of the Lords, including a former vice-president of the European Commission and the chair of the Centre for European Reform, debated the preparations and negotiations connected with the UK's departure from the EU, in the House of Lords on Monday 23 July.

The debate was proposed by Lord Callanan (Conservative), minister of state in the Department for Exiting the EU, who also responded on behalf of the government.
