International Trade Secretary Liam Fox made a statement to the House of Commons on "delivering a transparent and inclusive UK trade policy".

In the statement, Liam Fox said that  "as we prepare to begin negotiating future trade agreements once we leave the EU, we will also want groups and any individuals with an interest to have their say and inform our approach to negotiations."

This statement was responded to by Barry Gardiner MP who claimed "the Trade Bill completed its Committee stage more than six months ago. Since then, the Government have been too scared to bring it back for fear of what their Back Benchers might do to it."
