5 July 2018 (updated on 5 July 2018)
Chair of the Work and Pensions Committee, Frank Field, asked an urgent question in the House of Commons on Universal Credit on 5 July 2018.
Frank Field's urgent question was responded to by Esther McVey, who stated that "the impact of those changes [to Universal Credit] is still being felt and the definition therefore cannot be that it has been fully taken into account by the NAO".
Frank Field followed up by asking for two further apologies on her statements on Universal Credit from the Secretary of State.
