The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, Rishi Sunak, opened the debate on behalf of the Government. Shadow Minister for Housing, Communities and Local Government, Jim McMahon, responded on behalf of the Opposition.
MPs approved the third reading of the Bill without a division. The Bill will now progress to the House of Lords.

The Non-Domestic Rating (Nursery Grounds) Bill 2017-19
Summary of the Bill
The purpose of the bill is to provide that buildings which are, or form part of, a nursery ground are exempt from non-domestic rates if they are used solely in connection with agricultural operations at the nursery ground.
