Urgent question on medicinal cannabis: 18 June 2018

Tonia Antoniazzi, MP for Gower, asked an urgent question on Monday 18 June 2018, on the granting of an emergency licence to allow the return of medical cannabis for Billy Caldwell.
The Minister for Policing and the Fire Service, Nick Hurd, responded on behalf of the Government and announced that the Government is establishing an expert panel of clinicians to advise Ministers on any individual applications to prescribe cannabis-based medicines.
