Wera Hobhouse, MP for Bath and the Liberal Democrat Spokesperson for Housing, Communities and Local Government, asked an Urgent Question on Monday 18 June 2018, on the Government's plans to make upskirting a specific sexual offence.

The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Justice, Lucy Frazer, responded on behalf of the Government and confirmed the Government will bring legislation before the House in Government time to ensure the practice becomes an offence.
