Lords debates Chancellor's Spring Statement

Members of the Lords, including a member of the Lords Economic Affairs Committee and a former commercial secretary in HM Treasury, debated the UK economy in light of the Chancellor of the Exchequer's Spring Statement, in the House of Lords on Thursday 15 March.
