Members of the Lords, including three former ministers of state in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and chairman of the Queen's Commonwealth Trust, debated the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting 2018, along with the related report from the Lords International Relations Committee, in the House of Lords on Thursday 22 March.
