Statement on water supply disruption: 6 March 2018

Parliamentary Under-Secretary for the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, Thérèse Coffey, made a statement in the House of Commons on the water supply situation following the severe weather experienced last week.

Shadow Minister for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, Holly Lynch, responded on behalf of the Opposition and asked if the Government would respond to calls for a public ​inquiry into the handling of the recent crisis.
