Greg Clark, Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, gave an update on the proposed GKN/Melrose takeover on Tuesday 27 March 2018.
The Secretary of State for Business gave an update to the House on the proposed takeover bid by Melrose plc for GKN plc.
The Shadow Business Secretary, Rebecca Long Bailey, responded on behalf of the Opposition and stated that the Government's assurances on the deal were insufficient.
