The Prime Minister, Theresa May, made a statement to the House of Commons on the EU exit negotiations on 15 November 2018.

Following the publication of a Draft Agreement on the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union, Theresa May is giving a statement in the House of Commons updating MPs.

The Cabinet met on Wednesday 14 November to discuss the terms of this withdrawal agreement, and since then a number of senior members of the Government have resigned over the Prime Ministers proposals. Following the Cabinet meeting, the Prime Minister gave a statement outside Downing Street, outlining why she felt the deal is "in the best interests of our entire United Kingdom."

The Prime Minister began her statement by saying that she respected the different views of Ministers who had resigned. She went on to say that what was agreed yesterday "was not the final deal".
