This week in the Commons, MPs continued debate on the Finance (No.3) Bill, as well as having debates on the legal advice on the EU Withdrawal agreement and the draft withdrawal agreement itself.
Legislation
Finance (No.3) Bill
MPs debated the second reading of the Finance Bill, passing it without amendment. The Bill will now be debated jointly in both a Committee of the whole House and a Public Bill Committee.

Healthcare (International Arrangements) Bill
The second reading of this Bill was debated on Wednesday 14 November. The Bill passed its second reading in the Commons without a division.

- Freehold Properties (Management Charges and Shared Facilities)
- Gypsy and Traveller Communities (Housing, Planning and Education)
