Chris Bryant, MP for Rhondda and a former minister in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, asked an urgent question on the Government's policy on the death penalty in relation to foreign fighters.

During the question, Mr Bryant accused the Government of changing the policy "secretly, without telling this House."
