Bassetlaw MP John Mann, asked the Leader of the House to make a statement on the Cox Report and the bullying and harassment of House of Commons Staff.

The Leader of House, Andrea Leadsom, responded to the urgent question, updating the House on the report saying it is important that House responds fully and promptly.

The House of Commons Commission appointed Dame Laura Cox QC to conduct an independent inquiry into bullying and harassment of House of Commons Staff in April, following reports of inappropriate behaviour on the Parliamentary Estate.

The report was published yesterday, 15 October 2018, and looks at the bullying and harassment, sexual harassment and policies and procedures for complaints.
